As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects within our telecommunications network infrastructure. You will be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and quality, ensuring successful project completion while meeting stakeholder expectations and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale telecommunications projects, a deep understanding of network infrastructure, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Project Planning and Initiation:
- Lead the planning, initiation, and definition phases of telecommunications projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, customer requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Develop project charters, scope statements, and comprehensive project plans that include timelines, budgets, resource requirements, and deliverables.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
- Facilitate regular communication and meetings to provide project updates, address concerns, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Resource Management:
- Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with functional managers to secure project resources and resolve resource conflicts as needed.
Risk Management and Mitigation:
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
- Implement risk response actions and monitor risk triggers to proactively address potential threats to project success.
Budget and Cost Management:
- Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, tracking expenditures, and ensuring adherence to approved budgets.
- Conduct regular cost analyses, variance assessments, and financial reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
Schedule and Timeline Management:
- Create and maintain project schedules using project management tools and software, monitoring progress against milestones and critical path activities.
- Identify schedule deviations and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines and meet project milestones.
Quality Assurance and Control:
- Establish quality standards and procedures for project deliverables, ensuring adherence to industry standards, customer specifications, and organizational quality requirements.
- Conduct regular quality reviews, inspections, and audits to verify compliance and address non-conformances promptly.
Change Management:
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget, evaluating impacts and ensuring appropriate change control processes are followed.
- Facilitate change requests, assess change impacts, and communicate changes to stakeholders to maintain project alignment and transparency.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high- performance work environment.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate team members, promoting professional growth and development through training, feedback, and performance evaluations.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
- Prepare and deliver regular project status updates, executive summaries, and presentations to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting achievements, risks, and issues.
Continuous Improvement:
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across projects, implementing best practices, lessons learned, and process enhancements to optimize project delivery and organizational efficiency.
- Conduct post-project reviews and evaluations to capture successes, identify areas for improvement, and leverage insights for future projects.
Compliance and Regulatory Management:
- Ensure project compliance with relevant telecommunications regulations, industry standards, and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to obtain necessary permits, approvals, and licenses for project execution and operations.
