As our new Cloud Project Manager, you will use your organizational skills and passion for project management to support the planning and delivery of diverse projects across the company. You will collaborate with senior project managers and cross-functional teams and other stakeholders to ensure high quality projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Support the creation and management of project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate project resources, activities, and information to ensure a smooth execution
- Partner with clients and stakeholders to understand needs and deliver on expectations
- Prepare and share project documentation, including updates, meeting notes, and status reports
- Champion project management best practices and contribute to ongoing process improvements
Your Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a technical field and 3+ years of experience in project management or a related role
- Skilled in project management tools such as Smartsheet, JIRA, and MS Project
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies with hands-on experience in technical and operational frameworks related to modern & agile projects
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and client relationships, with experience leading IT project teams across time zones
- PMP or Scrum Master certification, or a willingness to achieve one within the first 3 months (funding provided)

- You are detail-oriented, self-driven, and proactive, with solid organizational and analytical skills that help you solve problems effectively
- You are eager to learn and master new technology concepts quickly and efficiently
- You are an effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable in customer-facing situations and able to understand different customer needs and scenarios
